After only 1,363 miles (2,194 km) this bZ4X XLE got wrecked and is now up for auction on Copart. I wonder what it's going to sell for.

Well, that’s at least 2 bZ4xs that Toyota won’t have to worry about having to repurchase…

Without knowing any details of the collisions, we can only speculate, but I would point out the best safety system in the world can only affect the vehicle it’s installed on. If another vehicle strikes it head-on, there isn’t much any vehicle can do about the other vehicle’s momentum.

Whether or not that is what happened to either of these cars, I just don’t think we know enough to speculate.

Then again, if there were single-vehicle events, I certainly agree that something is lacking in the collision avoidance systems.
