I live in South Carolina… not the most “forward looking” of the 50 states, but I had no issues registering my Solterra and getting a license tag. I use State Farm for insurance, and like my DMV experience, there were no issues getting coverage for the Solterra.

Maybe someone at the DMV (who is probably going to lose their job because of this…) screwed up and got everything right for a change.
