Vancouver Canada wait for BZ4X

Hi all, specifically those who happen to be from vancouver. How long did you have to wait from the time you reserved the vehicle? I reserved an XLE trim back in November 2021 and still don't have an estimate on when it will arrive. This wait seems pretty ridiculous

Anyone else experiencing this too?

I reserved a FWD LE model in Oct 2021 from JP northshore, but still waiting. Looks like they have more XLE AWD models than FWD.

Looks like I'm not the only one waiting from 2021! Puts me at ease a little. Hopefully we get that long awaited phone call soon to pick up the vehicle.

I also reserved mine back in Oct 2021 from JP Surrey, but my LE arrived in late Nov 2022. Drove it out of the lot a week later. I hope they give it to you at the original price tag, since the price has increased I think.

i bought it the same day it arrived,,,i think every dealer has 1 available in us specially since no tax incentives on this car

We have rebates up here, we get a federal rebate of 5k plus the provincial rebate. Where the province I am from is 4k. The out the door price for me including tax is 51k, thats less than 38k US dollars.

Vancouver here,
I put my deposit at Destination Toyota Burnaby in November 2021.
FWD LE in Elemental silver
Got the car December 2022
It’s unfortunate that Toyota.ca raised their prices on all their cars by $3K recently

When did Toyota raised the price? I just checked my deposit was Oct 30 2021 from JP northshore. I guess not everyone follow the lineup. I will ask my dealer tomorrow, it sucks.

“Line up” is dealer based. Maybe my dealer just got more allocations?
The prices went up all cars on toyota.ca by $3K in the beginning of March 2023. My LE was $49,990 in dec 2022. The LE is now $53,035

VW just raised the ID4 price this week by $2500 on all 2023 models

I looked into and it seems like they decided to add on Freight and PDI, Air conditioning charge, and Tire Levy onto the price tag shown. But MSRP of the vehicle itself still remains the same.

i got the limited one with lojack included for about 49k, not sure if its a good price

Thanks. I think you are right, the MSRP looks like same and I confirmed that with my dealer. Now, they have more XLE model available, but I am still waiting for the LE or L because those XLE won't get rebate.

Since the base price of the BZ4X is less than 55k, all models are eligible for the federal rebate. You also get 4k rebate if you live in BC and even the Tesla Model Y's are eligible since the base price is less that 70k.

says federal tax of 7500 doesnt qualify , toyota already went over the limit in sales

I don’t believe there are any rebates for the Solterra/bZ4x in the US today.

there are state rebates but not federal, mass gives 3500 but every state is dif
