From what I’ve seen, the video reminded me of the software development term “vapor ware”.

It may all be 100% true, but for any of it to be successful, Toyota (as a company) is going to have to buy into EVs and quit insisting hybrids are the future.

And by the time they ship any of this, the competitors, who are already ahead of them (Ford has delivered 150k Mustang Mach E already), will have their next generations.

Slow out of the gate and wearing a hobble strap and good luck catching up…

The video implies that Toyota has fully “bought in” to the EV world of the future, but for those that have been keeping up with information coming out of the company, that doesn’t seem anywhere near to what the reality of company leadership is saying.

And as others have noted, Toyota is already behind many other industry players in EV production. Positive talking by itself isn’t gonna get them there, either.
