Toyota sold 1,220 bZ4Xs in the U.S. in 2022

Toyota released their year-end U.S. sales numbers and when it comes to the bZ4X Toyota sold 634 vehicles in December and 1,220 year-to-date.

PLANO, Texas (Jan. 4, 2023) – Toyota Motor North America (TMNA) today reported year-end 2022 U.S. sales of 2,108,458 vehicles, a decrease of 9.6 percent on a volume basis and a decrease of 9.9 percent on a daily selling rate (DSR) basis compared to 2021.

The car is a disaster for Toyota, very, very bad sales results in Europe, no marketing effort for instance in the Netherlands for the Bz4x. Very bad results in Norway, Toyota was market leader, 2022, minus 12 percent, VW double digit plus.... .
The testreviews in Europe, very bad, range is not competitieve at all, same regarding charching etc etc.

Lexus can better cancel the RZ for Europe, it will have even less range, unbelievable! Toyoda to blame, Usa Toyota management to blame, the have to go. Toyota must review their EV strategy, otherwise they will miss the EV transition completly.
