Remote Start error…

I’m able to start climate control from my key fob… so must be a Toyota app problem!

UPDATE: RESOLVED!! After an hour on the phone my dealership tracked it down and fixed it!

Inside the system, somehow the the Remote Setting got switched to something else! The cleared it and brought it back to normal!

Whew!!

They said they have 100’s of reports on this issue, but none on the bZ4X… so they literally went down the list trying all the fixes!

PS: the 12v battery FAILED a test, so they replaced it too! I guess sitting at port for 7 months not moving will kill that battery!! Duh!!
My question , to the selling dealership, how did this pass your PDI ??

Because load testing the battery isn't one of the PDI steps they get paid to do.

However, they do get paid for doing warranty repairs.

Just sayin'.
