Waiting for a new car delivery these past few years has been painful. As a result, people are placing deposits on more than one vehicle with much success. Is anyone here playing the same game?

I didn't—I didn't even realize that was a thing, and seems like it would just worsen the situation with markups, delays, and shortages. It sounds like a lot of people are doing this though. For people like Osiris11, however—who've been waiting a year—I certainly wouldn't blame them if they began adding their name to multiple lists. The car market right now is insane, and did not really improve as some said it would with increased interest rates.
