I got my EVgo card which changed my charging experience much easier every time I go to EVgo charging station now. My first charging experience at EVgo was not great. I was very new to this, frustrated as it wasn't working as I expected, called the customer service, and shared my frustration with the customer service person. She instructed me to try again after 10 mins. and it worked after that (tried different charging towers during those 10 mins of course
). Since then, I am more accustomed not to frustrated much when one charging tower doesn't work, then go to next one. I will charge as much as I can until my 1 year free charging ends
