You have to go sign up for EVgo inside the app and they will send you a card - while waiting for the card you can use the DC charger from the app, but it takes a minute to get everything up and running so go when there's not a lot a people waiting to charge. It's kind of confusing AT FIRST and charges slow. From what I've figured out (and PLENTY of reading) there less charge it has the faster it charges for a Lil while and then slows down - No Matter What we will be at the charger for at least an hour to get to 80% - Don't charge past 80% because it takes too long. (At least when it's cold)

I Like the Car, but I'm feeling used by Toyota - Like they are giving us what they think we should have (Limiting The Performance). If everything needs to be limited to work then maybe use other products or limit the warranty. Other manufacturers are charging their cars between 15-30 minutes and still offer the same 10 year warranty 🤔

Hey @craighbailey welcome to the forum! When you say things are limited are you specifically talking about the charging or are there other areas you think the bZ4X is lacking?

Hey. @ElectricAvenue - I Think it would be an ok car with the Panasonic battery (I could live with that) , but to put a cheap knock off battery in the Most Expensive Model and then limit the capacity and charging speeds are a slap in the face and A Serious Disregard For Us the customers. On top of that look at the same top level Suburu Soltera (Dual Back Cameras - One For Back Up and One For rearview) Memory Seats, adjustable degenerative braking, a washer for the rear camera, and self parking and mirrors fold in when you lock the car. All for the same price as the limited BZ4X. Apparently Suburu likes their customers more.

They both worked on the car and Toyota felt Real Ok giving us less. Kia and Hyundai are KILLING Toyota (in more than just EVs). I know it wasn't easy to write, but it's the Truth. Toyota is doing what a Lot of companies do when they become number 1 - Live Today and tomorrow off of yesterday's accomplishments. Just In Case You Couldn't Tell I'm Real Pissed Off with Toyota and This Car, but I'm more angry with myself for believing their yesterdays was in this car.

they should ve made this car a plug in hybrid , lacking against other ev s for sure but is a great comfortable suv otherwise that is a pleasure to drive and great in the snow as long as range and charging speed not an issue for some owners
